£500 non-refundable deposit and written confirmation is required
to book our services.

Final numbers are required
21 days prior to the event (this will be
the minimum number charged).

Minimum numbers must not be less than 85% of the original
number at the time of booking, a surcharge will be made for numbers lower than 85%.

The balance of the account is payable
14 days before the event.

If you cancel the booking within
60 days of the date of the event a
50% charge will be made, within 30 days a 70% charge will be made. The charges will be based on the original numbers booked.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide adequate insurance cover
for the marquee and hire equipment.

Southcott Catering Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage
caused to clients property, adequate accidental damage cover should be obtained.

Southcott Catering Limited accepts no responsibility for any injuries
caused by non-disclosure of allergies or special dietary needs.

Any loss of equipment will be charged at cost
- any excessive
damage or breakages will be charged at our discretion.

Southcott Catering Limited accepts no responsibility for wines or
drinks left at our premises for storage or chilling. Any items will not
be covered under our insurance policy.

Southcott Catering Limited accepts no responsibility for special
celebration cakes including wedding cake left at our premises for delivery.

Southcott Catering Limited accepts the right to alter menus without
prior notification.

Due to hygiene policy and public insurance liability restrictions we
are unable to leave food items following an event or to serve any food items not prepared or supplied by ourselves, excluding
wedding cakes, however we do reserve the right not to serve any such cakes which we feel would be a risk to health.

Southcott Catering Limited shall not be liable for delay or
incompleted contracts due to mechanical breakdown of vehicles or equipment, road traffic accidents or adverse traffic conditions.
