Our
Environment
We appreciate that we are part of a natural environment. We work
closely with Cumbria Business Environment Network (CBEN). We are
aware of our carbon footprint and do all we can to reduce the impact
on the environment. Where possible we buy local produce, try to use
recycled products and recycle waste. GM
Food Policy
To the best of our knowledge, none of the dishes contain GM soya
beans or maize ingredients, which must be labeled under the food
labeling (amendment) regulations 1999. Wines
and Bars
We are pleased to offer you a selection of wines from our list,
which we have personally selected to complement our menus. If
you prefer to supply your own wine with the meal, we will chill,
open and provide the glasses at no additional charge. We
do make a labour charge if we serve your own drinks before or after
the meal. We
can provide full bar facilities including draught beer equipment and
